I saw wort HOG say it's his fav time of year: smoking and brewing. I'm in the same boat. Had to fill my second fermenter with a
Brown Ale
and took the opportunity to smoke some ribs.
I hope you had as nice a day as I did. ...but let's not forget the real reason behind the long weekend. Cheers!
