What's the best way to get the help files to work? I just installed v1.8a on W10.

IIRC rename the current Win10 winhelp file to something else, then copy in an older one.

There's the rub. I don't have an older version of the software.

I think you need the winhelp from an older version of Windows.  I can get that to ya if you don't have it.

Understood. I'll give it a shot.

I just don't see any reason I'd want to abandon Promash.  It does everything I need to do.

I really like what I am seeing in Promash. I'm in the process of migrating my stuff from excel over there now along with some recipes.

I've got some down time right now between brewing and will likely get everything setup in the coming weeks/months.

Out of curiosity, If you could post a review of what you like that promash offers that brewers friend / brewtoad doesn't do. Or any features you enjoy that makes it easy for you would be nice as I'm planning on working on an all in one software packaged that hopefully will be easier to use than BS2 and will offer a number of features that it currently lacks.

I would like to see an updated BJCP Style guidelines (*.bism).I want to brew a Festbier BJCP 4b, but it is still using outdated guidelines. Anyone have a fix for this?
