to anyone with the 5 gal 240v breweasy....
Just picked up a new system and im attempting to dial in the figures and i would love to hear what others have experienced...so far heres my latest batch:
Boil power 73%
Starting total water volume: 8.5 gallons (12.5 lbs of grain)
Preboil volume: 7 gallons
Post boil volume: 5 gallons
In the fermenter: 4.5 (est)
Mash efficiency: 74.4% @ 5.28 ph
