The elements are stainless camco 5500w ,and te flow meter is for filling the kettle, butt it isnt working for the moment cauls the monitor only puts out 9v and the solenoid needs 12, so i have to put in a relay or transistor.

Any tips on installing an exhaust fan?  I'm going to do electric 5 gallon BIAB batches so will boil around an hour.  I'll be doing it in the unfinished part of my basement which is a big storage/workout room that has 2 outside windows handy.  Thanks.
