Does anyone have a phone number for BC? Tried to send a few emails but they keep bouncing back. Thanks!

My only contact with Randy was through the email address on his site, bcproducts@peoplepc.com.

He was pretty responsive when I was contacting him.  Are you getting an error when the emails get bounced back?  It could be a hosting problem.

Peoplepc? Isn't that the company with the gap toothed kid hocking low power computers with Internet access bundled from the late 90's?

Maybe the issue is you aren't using prodigy or aol to email them.

IIRC info@barleycrusher.com was the address they gave me an NHC, but no promises on that.

Interesting.  That error usually indicates the address doesn't exist at the destination server or is setup to reject any incoming mail.  It can also indicate an email server with severe issues.

I'm don't know what to tell you.  The email is the only way I have ever contacted BC.

Wondering where your mill is? You should have got it back by now...?

Good morning..  This is Randy from B C Products.  Our email is bcproducts@peoplepc.com We do not have a business phone at this time because i do not keep a full time person in the office right now to keep overhead as low as we can to offer the lowest price we can but if you are having issues with getting an email sent to us my cell number is 586 246 5875. This is my cell and i do go back and forth from the shop to the office so i do miss a call now and then but i will and do return all calls.  I'd like to thank everyone that has our mill. I appreciate all the nice comments. We have made some changes here in the recent past which has helped us out immensely with our customer service and even production of our  mills.  We had a problem with customer service in the past but i divorced that problem so now all emails get answered when they should.  Again i thank everyone I met at the NHC and everyone that has one of our mills and if there is anything i can do for you to help i am more then happy to do what ever i can to help out.
