Yeast culture, a laboratory approach

Dear brewmates... Im conducting some lab experiments trying to culture beer yeast for homebrew (of course... as close to GLP as possible) ...

*any advice about conditions?
*Media culture?
*Cell Count?
*Cell/Pitch Formulation?
