Noble Brewer is a company that contract brews award winning homebrewers recipes and sends them to subscribers. They are putting on this AMA as a fun promotional sort of thing and asked me to do it as one of the inaugeral homebrewers.

If for some reason you want to ask me questions about homebrewing, beer, working with Noble Brewer, the importance of local production using local ingredients or whatever come on by between 10:00 and 12:00 PST.

It should post sometime around 9:00 PST at https://www.reddit.com/r/connectedbeer (there isn't anything there at the moment is being still dark in California)

Not sure how it's going to go down as I've not done anything on reddit before but it should be interesting.

Heck no! I can't afford that stuff, it's like gold. I use imitation beaver butt juice only.

This is awesome! Also, you can call it an "AMAA" (ask me ALMOST anything) if you want to play it on the safe side and reserve the right to not answer things.
