Experimental Brewing podcast Episode 14
« on: May 11, 2016, 10:13:43 am »
Episode 14 of our podcast is now up! On this episode we discuss HomebrewCon plans, a German birthday and the ongoing trademark wars. We stop in the library to discuss a new article on dry hopping and bitterness and then head to the lab to launch a new experiment based on Drew’s Saison Techniques - does open fermentation prevent the dreaded “stall”? Then in the lounge we launch a new segment “Unknown All-Stars” with one of Drew’s brewing mentors - Bruce Brode. Then we do our best with your questions and share our thoughts on this year and a great Youtube find.

I have to listen to it with headphones, because my puppy was woken up by ukulele playing.   :)
Some day we'll look back on this and it will all seem funny
