How to Save a Bad Batch of Homebrew
« on: September 17, 2015, 01:23:52 pm »
This article mainly talks about "infected" beer, how to identify them and what to do in those hopefully rare cases; of course there's a dash of pellicle and yeast raft eye-candy.  ;) There's also some updated research on the ability of certain pathogens to survive and grow in beer, and whether or not to dump a batch with mold.
