I've been waiting all week to brew this weekend..Brewing a 15gal Smoked Baltic Porter that be aged in a 10 gal French oak barrel for many months. Also, tomorrow brewing a Berliner Weisse using a no boil.
If you don't get in over your head, how are you ever going to know how tall you are.

Best bitter for me.  Simple grain bill of pale malt, caramel 40L, and biscuit.  Bittering with NB; goldings for flavor and aroma.  Fermenting with Wyeast 1968.

Running low on homebrew, so I'm doing a double extract batch today.  The Twelfth night stout from NB, and an attempt at a Terminator stout clone.
