ha yep...up at 4:30ish myself. perfect time for grocery shopping at wal*mart...nobody else there.

Ken, I think those would really have gotten me started this morning. I lit my strike water at 10:30am, much later than I would have liked. Cinnamon and sugar could have gotten me out of bed sooner. Anyways, My Bock is in the freezer settling down to pitch temp, right beside my drauflaussen(sp?) second step starter. Plan is to pitch the whole shebang before bedtime tonight. Hoping this turns out great as I have a dopplebock planned for this yeast after harvesting
