Howdy AHA Forum-

We're aware that some of you are having issues trying to change/upload your avatar image. Our web team is looking into it, and I will post back in here once the issue has been resolved.

In the meantime, I suggest not trying to change your avatar image. Even image files that were once working as your avatar will not work when re-uploaded.

What are the specs on that avatar, and how did you do it? I can't even add my old avatar back in!

Not trying to be funny, but I don't really remember what I did.  I have the "Upload an Avatar" radio button selected and I must have clicked "Choose File".

Just tried again using your specs - around 80kb, png file type - nope, sorry, nothin'! I still get that error message that says either too large or not an avatar. I really wish this would get fixed. I know; small issue, but it seems like something changed on some accounts and not on others. Why mine? Why anyone's?

Mine is 125x125 pixels. I don't recall if I just stumbled upon that size or if it was specified somewhere. That being said, there was a post just a few weeks ago from one of the forum admins saying they are aware of an issue and are working on it. Of all the problems to have this is probably the least to worry about.
