Maybe because it wasn't published by Brewer's Publications, the BA/AHA publishing division?

Thanks for the good words about the book, guys. I had fun writing it (even though I never slept while doing it)  I'm working with the BP trying to find a slot for a new book, but they're super busy cause Kristi keeps roping in some excellent ideas.
