I just recently became a member with a 3 year membership.  Will something be mailed listing all the benefits and discounts that go along with the membership, or is that found on the web site?  I haven't run across anything in my brief surfing yet.

The only problem with a list of discounts is there are a number of places that offer an unofficial discount that isn't monitored by the AHA.

Here's the general membership benefit list and this is the search for Pub Discount Program members

I voted No only because I haven't joined yet, but I've been mulling it over for a week or so now... I think today is the day if I can get anybody on the phone.    :)  I'm looking forward to the magazine and it sure would be great to be able to ship homebrew legally!   8)

Unfortunately, I tried using the pub discount at Granite City pub in a couple of MN locations, but their managers claimed they knew nothing about it so didn't honor it.  Anyone else have problems at any of the locations?

I'm a member and if you go to Midwest Supplies or Northern Brewer, they honor 10% off your bill.  It has paid for itself in my mind many times over with that benefit alone!

Living in Colorado, the pub discounts are amazing.  I save SO much money every year it's crazy.   :D

I would assume that CA is the same way.

Been a member for about 1/4 century...either me, my wife, or both (as now).

Started brewing 4 years before the AHA was founded; joined to support the growth of the hobby.

You must be an OLD dog!  Just kidding.   ;D  ;)  Seriously though when did AHA form?  The first time I ever brewed anything was in 1979 and I won't lie it was NASTY but a small glass or two would take you where no 12 pack could.   ;D :-[  Maybe if there would have been some literature available and/or publicity about homebrewing back then I would have stuck with it.   :-\

Been meaning to do this for a few months.  I just signed up!

Did it through the Homebrewers Association site.  Am I too expect something from USPS?
