I signed up for the forums a while back but just finally joined AHA today. I see lots of familiar user names from the NB forums over here!

Just purchased a 3-year membership!  It totally removed my guilt complex.

Joined a few weeks ago. Any idea how long it takes to get the membership card...I'm ready for my $3 discount on growlers at Intuition Ale Works!

Speaking of that...do you get a card? I am a member but never received a card.

Yeah, you should get a card.  They only manufacture them at intervals (quarterly?) so it may take a while.

A related question -

I was abotu a week late renewing so will that count as a new membership or is there continuity? will I get a new card or does the one I have now just keep going?

The cards actually mail every 2-3 weeks.  If you've been waiting much more than that, I'd suggest contacting our Member Services staff to make sure we have your correct contact information: info@brewersassociation.org; 888-822-6273.

We'll send you a new card with your new expiration date.  The member number will stay the same, though.

We send a list of new and renewing members to our printer every two weeks (minimum). If there's a big group, we'll send it out at the end of the week.

You should have your card in 2-4 weeks.

Thanks for joining the AHA!
