Thank you to all of you at the AHA. I was thinking about it today and it seems to me that in a matter of years you may have solved practically all the legal issues with homebrewing.

I just can't understand how I could not have got a card yet with three have been sent. My mail man gets about 99% of my mail to me and 1% of the neighbors, but all my mail has gotten to me one way or another so far until now.

They are greatly desired by normal consumers so maybe someone is cherry picking your mail recepticle. I'm glad the AHA is a stand up organization. It took two mailings for me to get my card, but I fianally got it and it was worth it. Thank you Surly!!!!

Cheers,
Marc

I got 2 cards this year, but I think that was a snafu with the printer.  But it also means I got 2 stickers...sweet.

I attempt to use my benefits, but here in Alaska, only on Brewpub sponsors the association and then they don't always recognize the membership card when it's presented.  :-\

Thanks for the heads up, egminer! I'll contact them and see if they need more supplies to keep their staff informed about the discounts to AHA members.

Cheers!

As previously mentioned, The subscription to Zymurgy makes the membership worth it. The connection to the community and knowing that my membership fee helps the cause does it for me. I rarely use the pub discounts but suppose I should. I wish my local home brew supply store offered an AHA discount!!!

London ESB yeast growing on the stir-plate as we speak.  Plan on brewing up a Mild for the holidays tomorrow.  Should be a good day for it.

I joined the aha earlier this year at the AHA and Northern Brewer Wort Rally at Lakefront. And since then i have made use of the membership and resources aviable. I don't post much here on the forums but i have a laptop set up down in  my basement by my brewing/ bottling/ anything workstation for easy access. and i would be a lyer if i didn't say that the laptop was also used to play music when brewing and bottling and hanging out.

Plan on attending the NHC next year with my father who brews with me all the time and is also a member.

I am fairly new to home brewing, so I just joined. I consider my money as a donation to further the AHA cause.
