I use 5 gallon food grade buckets with gamma lids. You could also double bag and tie them off.

I use 6.5 gallon beer bucket with air tight screw off Gamma lids. I have dedicated buckets for base grain, speciality grains go in a paper bag, then multiple bags in another bucket.
