I'm trying to plan a Belgian run (Single/Patersbier to BDSA) using WY3787 and was just curious: Is it generally best practice to repitch from the lower OG beer to the higher?
I am thinking of brewing the Single first, then repitching from that for a partigyle Tripel/Single, then into a Dubbel and finally a Dark Strong. Then I figure I'll pitch it and start with a fresh pack of yeast the next go round.
