Again - it's all jokes, but man look at all the books out there they all have that chapter so consistently you would think it was actually required by law.

Drew don't give these state legislators any ideas to tack onto these laws .. Gawd Almighty, they will mess with anything til it just don't work no more.  But, I agree that they all have the obligatory how to section.

Q.  Dear Denny:  Recently I made your Noti Brown recipe.  I tweaked it by substituting Fuggles for all the hop additions, and used S-04 yeast.  It tastes of bread, fruit, and dirt.  What did I do wrong? Your friend, chumley.

That is pretty damn funny !  You could've added "And the recipe says my final gravity should be 1.014 and I finished at 1.013 - why is that ?"   ;D
