Nice!

Have either of you gotten the Reptile Tape wet? How does it hold up?

The "tape" is more of a sheet of plastic with two copper strips running parallel to each other and some form of heatable carbon that connects the two strips of copper. It's all completely encased in plastic with the exceptions of the cut ends, which you cover with electric tape to prevent shorts/shocks. While I haven't purposely got the reptile tape wet, it has become a little moist from the fermentation and being in a confined space. No problems with it at all. The most robust solution I've seen for heating fermenters so far, but it needs to be plugged into some form of temperature controller.

Update: after being in the bottle for about a month, the saison is really nice.  Plenty of tart, funky fruit.  Since it was brewed with a sh*t-ton of wheat malt, it's still got plenty of mouthfeel, and it is surprisingly malty.  Really love this yeast.  I hope it comes back next year.
