Kelp Scotch Ale
« on: November 04, 2015, 10:20:03 am »
Here is an article on the invasive seaweed that I used for the Scotch Ale a few of you tried at NHC. We are planning on brewing it again in the next few weeks.

Would like to see the recipe. Wish I could brew with Garlic Mustard, a big problem along the eastern US. Invasive species are the biggest threat to our national parks.
Primary:On Reflection APA
Lagering: Vienna
Drinking: Whenever I'm not working or driving
