Yeah, I keep mine in a spray bottle for a long time, using tap water and I've had no issues.  I make up a new batch when I start to run out...that could be months. Haven't had any infected batches yet.  I also keep some in a jug and make up a new batch for that when it starts to run out.  I reuse it alot too.
