Drew and I have finally published the first episode of our podcast.  It will change a bit as we learn what people want, but here it is....

When it started, I really thought it was going to be the Munsters theme song. :)

Giving it a listen right now.

Enjoyed it Denny!  If anyone would have given me odds that you would be talking pumpkin beers on your inaugural podcast, I would have bet the farm against it...but seriously good fun (if that makes sense?)

Any idea how to download it for us Android tablet users? I can stream it if I want to burn up all of my data. But the rss link doesnt work. Something about google reader not being able to read it. I have no troubles downloading from Brewing Network or Beersmith...

What program are you trying to use? iTunes is like the finickiest of the bunch and we've got her working through there. In the meanwhile for this episode you can directly download from here:

I liked the beer news talk...otherwise it was a repeat podcast of what Denny did with the brewing network a while ago along with info from drew beechum's podcast about pumpkin beers with the brewing network....along with some misc. brewing tips

You guys need someone like Doc from the BN to be super drunk and add in random comments that are slightly on topic and hilarious....and a drunk of the week call in

Referring to the maple question someone sent in, I second Drew's recommendation for Olive Nation extracts.  They have just about everything and they are fairly local to me.  I even got the Fenugreek Drew mentions from them, but haven't used it yet.  It's hard to believe it gives a maple flavor when you smell it.

Definitely enjoyed the podcast.  Looking forward to the next one.

I was hoping Denny's ukulele intro would be preserved but the content was top notch nonetheless!

I agree on the olive nation, I use their natural pumpkin pie extract for my spiced beers and they always turn out delicious
