I'm John from Ontario, California. I've been brewing for a bit over 5 years, been an AHA member since 2012, and have lurked here since. I made a couple of Extract batches before jumping straight into 5 gallon all-grain. My brewing library and equipment inventory quickly grew soon after. My current set-up consists of a 15 gallon kettle, 10 gallon cooler mash tun and an 8 gallon HLT pot. It's simple, but it gets the job done for now, as I'm in the process of moving to a larger place with a garage aka home brewery.
As far as packaging my home brew, I mostly bottle, but will occasionally keg for large events or tailgating. I would like to keg almost exclusively once I have the space for a keezer.
I enjoy brewing a little bit of everything, but tend to lean towards English styles. I like to create the recipes for most of the batches I brew and have a few that I keep coming back to.
