I am moving to Augusta, Georgia, and was wondering if anyone knew of any active HB clubs in that area?  I don't see any listed in the AHA database.

Sorry to say but as far as I'm aware you will be in beer wasteland

I'm not aware of anything formal as far as a club and don't know of any BJCP judges in the area either, though you are more than welcome to come down to Savannah to a SBL meeting 1st Wednesday of the month at Moon River.  Columbia might even be closer to a Palmetto Brewers meeting.

My few times in town, I really only know of one good bar with a good beer selection - don't recall the name but it's downtown next to Nacho Mama's with about 15 taps and a number of bottles as well.  Of course, I've only been up for short stays.
