Hi Chris,
The AHA has had Big Brew sites in Brazil for the past few years, but we don't have any Brazilian homebrew clubs registered;otherwise, I would have pointed your to the Club List in the Directories section of the web site. You should probably post your question to TechTalk since that is sent to AHA members directly. Good luck!

Craft beer makes up about less than .05% in Brazil and the only ones challenging the typical Lagers is the Devassa beer company which somehow got Paris Hilton to do a commercial for them.
