I bought some Weyermann Bohemian dark tonight, between 5-8L. I was planning a classic Czech Pilsner. Do you think the dark will be too over the top or make a nice slightly out of style Czech pils.Thanks for your wisdom.
This will only work while doing a wood fired triple decoction, wearing lederhosen, and fantasying about Julie Andrews circa Sound of Music.Sorry Czech Pils - replace lederhosen with a wool coat and Julie Andrews with a Mucha poster.
