Happy New Year! The wife and I are in process of purchasing a new home, and are exploring the possibly of having some work done before we move in.
Work would be:
-Estimate to finish basement (half bath/small tap room/Office)....basically get it paint ready (we will paint), my BIL does flooring, so no need there.
-240V outlet in detached garage (it has power currently- I am looking to purchase a electric brewing system)
-Wife wants to convert electric range to propane.
-Possible counter/built-ins in pantry
