The Hop Chronicles | Armadillo

For this edition of The Hop Chronicles, we take a look at a hop with almost nothing known about it, as it's not in commercial production. However, thanks to the awesome folks at Yakima Valley Hops, homebrewers currently have access to a this variety, though it is in short supply. If this review sparks your interest, it's probably best that you get while the getting is good. And if you've used Armadillo, please let us know what you think!

I have my Armadillo beer chilling in the fridge to taste in the next day or two. It will be interesting to compare notes on this one.
