4 ozs. biscuit malt
8 ozs. demerara sugar
1/3 oz. home grown goldings plus
1/8 oz. admiral to FWH
1/3 oz. challenger plus
1/2 oz. admiral for 45 minutes

1/2 oz. H G goldings plus

Are you talking about Muntons Stardard yeast or Muntons Gold?

Muntons markets these for ease of use and price rather than style suitability. That and the 6g size instead 11.5g turns me off.

That being said I would try them. What is the Muntons Gold ester profile like?

I havent used either the regular or Gold Muntons but I have heard good things about the Gold. Based on what I have read here on this forum I want to give it a try in an English Ale.

Standard. Two packs of 6g Munton's is cheaper than one pack of 11.5g size yeast.

If you are happy with the results, then that is all that counts.
