Just glanced at the beer stash out in the garage and noticed a trend:

Uinta Anniversary Barleywine
Bells Expedition Stout
Rochefort 8
Rochefort 10
Chimay Premiere
Chimay Grande Reserve
Westmalle Tripel
Duvel

Does the fact that you are stashing them in the garage instead of drinking them mean you like them or don't like them?

I love them! Typically (meaning when upstate NY isn't getting the warmest December ever) it's like a fridge out there.

I plan on drinking them for sure. The trend is I'm a huge fan of huge beers! Especially since I only drink 1-2 p/weekend. Nothing like a big, contemplative brew for your only beer of the night!

I was joking. I agree a good contemplative big brew is the way to go.
