Ok, this isn't really a recipe but I was looking online this morning to find out how long to hard boil an egg and came across a neat method for peeling the egg. Many times it has hard for me to peel the egg without taking some of the white with it. Well you cool the egg in cold water and then put it back into the pot with an inch of cold water at the bottom. Put the lid back on the pot and shake vigorously back and forth. Open the lid and voila! the egg is perfectly peeled. Ok, you can return now back to your regularly scheduled program.
