New brew system
« on: January 05, 2015, 09:12:43 pm »
The stand is made from 1 inch square stainless tubing. It has two banjo burners with provisions for a third burner if we decide to go with a direct fired mash tun. There are two March pumps with a diamond plate drip shield. All of the hoses are 1/2" silicone. All valves are SS. The center cooler mash tun is protected from the HLT and BK burners with diamond plate heat shields. The wort is cooled with a counter flow wort chiller. The next mod will be multiple temp sensors with HERMS and some automation mods to follow. We've brewed twice on it and have had good results both times.

Another sweet build! Again, I wish I had the skill and equipment to weld my own stuff.
