Sierra Nevada bottles crack at the top of the neck with my hand capper quite often. Not sure if that's because of my capper or the bottles, but use caution.

Stone bottles are a royal PITA to get the labels off, BTW ;)

Stone bottles are the worst!!!

I happened to leave one soaking in StarSan for a few days (lazy) and that stuff came right off.  Eureka!!

And as a crazy Stone fan boy, I bottle 90% of my homebrew in still painted Stone bottles. Not trying to pass off my home brew as theirs, I just love the bottles. Just another point of view

Cranberry juice is supposed to work, as well.

Just left the bottles in hot water with Starsan. Worked great just in time for bottling day.
