Finger-licking good!
Ingredients:
1Kg (2.2 lbs.) of chicken wings
600ml (20.3 oz.) wheat beer
the amount and kind of pepper you like
6 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 torn bay leaves
salt
olive oil
Directions:
Put the chicken wings in a pan and sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Add the bay leaves and olive oil and hand mix it.
Pour a bottle of some fine wheat beer in the pan and make sure all chicken parts are submerged.
Leave it in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours (the longer, the better).
Get another pan, put some olive oil in it and take it to the fire. Fry only the chicken parts until they're golden brown (it may take 15 minutes). Stirr occasionally with a spoon.
Don't worry about the probable "burnt" layer in your pan. It will come out after you pour the marinade.
By the way, it is about time. Pour this liquid baby into the frying pan and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Enjoy it with some rice, mashed potatoes and, of course, beer.
