I'd boil the 1/2 oz of Warrior for 60 minutes. Then after the boil, cool to 175-170F and add 2.5 oz each of Cascade and Lemon Drop and let the hops steep for 20-25 minutes, then cool as usual. After fermentation I 'd dry hop 1.25-1.5 oz each of Cascade and Lemon Drop. It'll be good. You might also consider using RO (reverse osmosis) water from a grocery store machine - no concerns of chlorine and it works well with the already mineralized extract.

Then bring the Centennial into the mix. Blend it with the two late hops to hit your volumes. It'll be good !

Sorry golfgod04 - I went back and read your hop amounts. You are still short on the amounts. Make up the difference with Liberty . Those will blend nicely together.
