If you don't have a recipe calculator, you can get one at http://www.brewersfriend.com/ or http://beersmith.com/download-beersmith/ either a web based or a download software free version from brewers friend and free trial of beersmith (very commonly used, purchased).  Find a 5 gallon and scale it back to 1 gallon.
