The What's Brewing @ the AHA e-mail newsletter says, "NHC First Round Competitions Finished". Hope that means results from the remaining sites will be posted soon.

Is it time to start getting pissed?  I know that group was left in the cold by judges that didn't show, but at this rate we'll find out we qualified, but missed the deadline to ship.

I'm sure posting is a priority now for AHA. We will all get our shipping info together i'll bet

Nashville (finally) is up. Hopefully the site is moved to a place with more participating judges next year.

The Finals flight for melomel is like a list of NHC Major Award winners. I should probably just drink mine.

I had the same reaction to 78 entries in Category 26 in Denver..... WOW is right.

I have to be honest somethings gotta change with these BJCP 2015 guidelines if this is going to continually happen.

Lager categories continually average 12-18 entries
IPA/American IPA have been separated and now average about 35 entries a piece (the irony is because the IPA category was getting too large)
Specialty categories average 55-81 entries across the board, with multiple sites seeing 70+.... that's ridiculous...

But alas, I got good feedback, so goal is accomplished for me.

The fees are listed in the HomebrewCon.org page.
http://www.homebrewcon.org/registration/registration-fees/

Getting there, staying there, eating there, and outside drinking there are at your discretion. Those can add up.

That being said, this will be #11 for me.

It may have already been mentioned, but when/how can we sign up to judge the finals in Baltimore.
It's not a popularity contest, it's beer!

There's a link on this page to sign up to judge.

http://brewingcompetition.com/final/

It does take you to a screen to enter your information, but that's as far as I went.
