Any feedback on this fermentation heater?

I wondering if something like this is a good choice to use in a freezer along with the dual control thermostat?

I know a handful of people that use one. They don't complain.

Looks exactly like a heater that is used by sticking to an aquarium when using it as a terrarium.  They work well for that purpose so long as you don't need a lot of heat.  Check the wattage before your purchase.

According to the description, it's 25 watts.

I have several of these now in my refrigerators and freezers.
Self adhesive backing and slap them on the back wall.
Used them for many years and they work great.
Only had one break - burned out.
