Flaked Corn

OK........crazy question. I am looking at a bag of flaked corn and wondered if it would be beneficial to put it through my Mill. Never did it.

Nope, don't need to. It pretty much dissolves.

Also regular grain mills will pass the flakes through without milling them.

I also  asked this same question not that long ago and the consensus was that it is completely unnecessary.

It does melt down pretty quickly.
