Antibiotic beer recipe
« on: February 17, 2016, 11:14:32 am »
Alright, so not exactly a singular beer recipe, but really all it seems that you need to make antibiotic beer is to add Streptomyces bacteria at the beginning of fermentation.  In other words, brew any style of beer, pitch Streptomyces along with the yeast, and presto.  (Not that you should or would want to, but that's one documented way to do it.)

Cool read, especially as a follow up to watching that documentary when it came out. Thanks for posting, though I am not too likely to try out the recipe myself anytime soon
