 Amanda and I were lamenting Dennis Hopper is not still around to re-film the Blue Velvet "Pabst Blue Ribbon!" scene for us.

Like Steve I get the logic but disagree with the result.

One of the intended goals of calling something wordCon is to make a shorter name. HomebrewCon is longer to write than NHC and the same number of syllables. If going down this path was truly desirous then BrewCon would have made far more sense.

I would like to thank all involved with the registration process.  It worked!  No problems at all.  Competition entry went well too.....  Are we getting our act together or what?

re: "CON" logo...I guess we are too cool to color between the lines.  or is the "off-center" beer in the glass a nod to Sam/DFH?

Agreed...very smooth and looking forward to a great conference.  I see the AHA Forum meetup is on the schedule for Friday.  I assume details will be worked out as we get closer.

FWIW...I passed on the T-shirt.  Not a fan of the "Con" thing.
