I sent Eric's package out this morning:
Challenge Beer: "Cascade of Grapefruit" IPA with light and amber dme, lots of centennial and cascade in whirlpool (yea groundbreaking), the juice and oil from whole grapefruit run through a macerating juicer, some cane sugar and more cascade and centennial all added to fermenter after krausen and more centennial and grapefruit zest added in a tea ball in the keg.
My First Lager: I guess its a German pilsner or lager, maybe Eric can tell. Made with local malt.
Maple "Tej" 2014
Mixed Berry Melomel 2014
Locals:
Element Brewing Red Giant 750 ml, Miller's Falls Ma
Brewmaster Jack Rye Porter, Northampton Ma
Spencer Abbey IPA, Spencer Ma
Extras:
Valley Malt: I asked Eric to give me a grain bill from a list of malts I have from our local malster. 4# Vienna, 1/2# Biscuit wheat, 3oz chocolate wheat
4 oz honey from this past fall's harvest of my own hives.

Jesus man! Now we are sending out Christmas presents too?  Awesome!

Got the goods from fmader. What a haul! Thanks, man.

@redzim - UPS says yours was delivered this morning as well.

Rob - I just opened the box and put them in the fridge. Everything in one piece - yours look fantastic as do the 3 from DC brewpubs. Can't wait to try them all!

Awesome! I hope you enjoy!
I'm a blue tape guy too Frank. Comes off real easy like its supposed to for painting.

Lol seems to work best. My caps are all marked because they are surpluss caps, so I can't really write on them.

Just got my package in from pete b. By random luck it came on a rare weekday off for me. Aside from the beer and mead I got hooked up with some honey and some malt for an upcoming Viennaish lager from Valley Malt. Thanks, Pete!

Here's the gratuitous money shot:

I'm just a father of a 5-year old who is running out of room for the damn things lol. I'm hoping he gets good enough to build me a Lego Zymatic in a few more years.

I am sending a box of beer to JT in Ohio tomorrow.
The homebrews include three treatments of an Imperial Porter (mostly Denny's recipe):  one is plain, one spent a short time in a bourbon barrel and one has added coffee and picked up a little brett.
There is a bottle of over-three-year-old Old Ale that spent some time in a Corsair Rye Whiskey barrel and also picked up some brett along the way.
A very fresh German Pilsner.
Local commercial beers include Coppertail Unholy Tripel, Green Bench Sunshine City IPA, Cigar City Tocabaga Red and their White Oak Jai Alai, which I just scored Friday.
Everything is in 12 ounce bottles and cans.
No challenge beer.
Package arrived today and beers are chilling out in the fridge.  Thanks!

Had to really zoom in to catch that, at first I though he had a large candy stash in his man cave
Frank L.
Fermenting: Nothing (ugh!)
Conditioning: Nothing (UGH!)
In keg: Nothing (Double UGH!)
In the works:  House IPA, Dark Mild, Ballantine Ale clone(still trying to work this one into the schedule)

Same here. My son has a small-medium size Lego museum, for all practical purposes. I love stepping on them in the a.m. when I'm half asleep. Good times.

My dad built me a "Lego table" that I kept all of my Legos on when I was little. It was awesome. It was just an old pink Formica countertop with casters on it that I could slide out from under my bed. I had a whole Lego city under there.  8)

Apparently the Lego table helped me keep my Legos off of the floor so my parents wouldn't step on them.  ;)

Just packed my loot.  Shipping out in the AM.

Changed the mix a little bit.  Added some FFF Gumball Head and my coffee stout.

Looking forward to the reviews.

Picking local beers to send has been fun.  We're buried in good local breweries in Chicago. Most of them are new to me.

I figured the malt is better packing material than packing peanuts. The environment and such.

My wife and I are building one of these for our daughter soon. I hope it keeps the 'legos on the floor' thing to a minimum.
