It's about 3.7% abv. 
Trying this the lazy way first.  Let me know if you can't zoom/see it.  Also worth noting that my mash pH dipped low on this brew to 5.18 (common problem for me).  I let it ride then adjusted up to 5.4 in the boil kettle with baking soda.

Jim's mandarins Bavaria pale ale.

I had this on Veterans Memorial Day. Late to posting.

Shared with my wife and sister-in-law.

I don't know if the photo does it justice, but it was deep gold to light Amber.

Big fluffy head that settles down but lasts.  Big citrus nose and flavor. Creamy and smooth. Seemed like low carbonation for such a fluffy head.
Moderate bitterness.  Finished very clean.

We enjoyed this beer very much. My wife not so much (she does not like pale ale) but the sil and I very much.

Send more.

Thanks.  My brother has a set of those glasses.  They're a perfect size, too, at about 8 oz.

Of course, I drank it on Memorial Day, not Veteran's Day.  I'll correct that.
