Next I'll learn how to make them a bit larger (the pictures).  Thanks again, hokerer.

We need to start a little homebrew hops co-op so we can sell our unused hops to each other.

Maybe around harvest time we can do a list of what everyone has and do a big ol' Hop Swap.

Thanks! I moved to a new house in May and my hops are having a tough time. Most of them are growing, but I don't think I'll have much to harvest this year. Most years... I can't use them up fast enough...

I've bought hops a few times from other homebrewers over the years. It always works out just fine.

Sluggish year for my Brewers Gold, Cascades (really thin), and new Hallertau.

Chain link of fun: blackberry, brewers gold, cascades, grapes, and hallertau.  Too dry.  Barley in foreground

Built in pest control, robin in brewers gold

I'll see what character the new hallertau add to the deck:

It's been extremely dry in the Mid-Atlantic this summer so far. I've been watering all of my hops regularly. We just got some rain yesterday after several weeks of drought.

I posted this on another thread but thought it should be here as well.

My 2nd year Cascades are loving life right now.

2nd year Cascades crawling over swingset in Chicagoland.  I have a tomato plant that is using the hop bines as a trellis too. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2069696&id=1455129973&l=bce54f0d79

Healthy looking hops you have there.

I think I need to start harvesting my Cascade this weekend.
