light LME or munich LME
« on: March 07, 2016, 07:45:34 am »
it's brewday and I'm doing 2 batches. minimash kits. one is a red honey ale with 5 lbs of munich LME and the other is a stout with 5 lbs of golden light LME. the problem is I mixed up the 2 LME and I don't know which is which. one is a little darker than the other. is it safe it assume that munich is darker than golden light LME?
