Started brewing in 2000. Was taught by Jackie Rager, the guy who came up with the Rager IBU formula. Worked for him and Alberta at Bacchus and Barleycorn in Overland Park, KS, for a couple years. Took a long hiatus to have a couple kids. Back at it again. Originally from Bham, AL. Now live in Arkansas. Main interest is German brews after having lived in Düsseldorf, Germany, for two years and drinking gallons of Alt, Kölsch, and König Pils. Prost!
