This monster has been bottled for now 32 days.  I am thinking not to open this monster up until at least July 3rd/4th...  I ended up dry hop for a week and then putting it on nibs in a secondary for a week.  I think this is going to turn out pretty good.  pH going into the bottle was 4.3 from 5.6 and it smells rich.  I went with 2.5vols, I don't think anyone will notice a difference
