I'm into getting all the work done up front with minimal fuss later. Delayed gratification is where it's at.

You might want to check out some forward sealing faucets.

Funny you should say that. I was going to get the keezer ready set up NB sells for the liquid side, then I decided to get better tubing, and then figured it made sense to get the parts separately, and then I saw the perlick faucets. I think I'm going to get them.

I would. I've regretted not buying them in the first place.

Did vent-matic go belly-up again?
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

There is, but the first time you pour after several days and the thing isn't glued shut with stickiness, you'll smile at spending the $$.

I can't think of any circumstances where that would happen. Alien abduction? I'll get the perlicks anyway.

Nice. You've been bottle conditioning, right? What I was getting at was that the cheap chrome rear sealing faucets have a habit of sticking shut with sticky beer residue if you don't pour every couple days. Like sticking to the point of nearly not working any more. So spending $ on those is a waste IMO.  My post would've made more sense if you'd been using those.

It made sense, just joking about going a few days without pouring. I'm sold on the perlicks and will be ordering them, the antimicrobial tubing, and everything else I need tonight.
