May/June print edition shipping issues
« on: May 04, 2016, 08:59:45 am »
More AHA members than usual have contacted us to say that their paper copies of the May/June 2016 issue were damaged or destroyed en route from the printer to reader mailboxes. It might just be a fluke, but if there's something systemic going on, I'd like to try figuring out what it is.

Please answer the easy peasy poll to help us get some data. Thanks!

My copy arrived with about the first 10-15 pages and the cover bent in from the upper right corner down to almost the middle of the cover. Still readable, just wont lay flat

There was some damage of the front cover. There was also some damage on another magazine I received a week earlier.

Thanks to all who have replied and voted so far. Right now it looks like it could just be a fluke, which is great news! I'll leave this open for a few weeks, and hopefully we'll continue to see 75+ percent reporting good condition.

Mine arrived in perfect condition here in Des Moines.

USPS has been making some major changes in their system though.  Who knows if that's part of it or not.

Mine never showed up.  Of course it's the issue I'm in.
